At the Sacred Fire this morning, the Chief shared with us that moccasins are not slippers! They are for walking… so, on our Reconciliation Walk, Archbishop Fred took up the challenge:
As we gathered to walk I was grateful for our ecumenical partners present—and the intention of making these the first steps on our journey forward together… this is the right place. This is the right time.
