Well, everyone should be doing it…
March 28 2009 – Earth Hour 8:30 pm local time wherever you are
This year Earth Hour is more than a statement, it’s a vote, for Earth instead of global warming. To vote just turn off your lights at 8:30 pm on Saturday, March 28, 2009 for one hour. Go to
hhour.org/”>www.earthhour.org
to learn more! Let’s save the planet, one “vote” at a time!
What will you be doing?
Where will you be?
If you want to take Earth Hour to the next level and do more than just turn off the lights in your own home, you should also check out www.kairoscanada.org for more ideas about how to get involved.
We want to hear about what you have planned for when the lights go out…please leave us a note in the comments section.

We’re having some neighbours over – no cars, just walking – to play guitar, sing, play drums and the kids will probably cook s’mores on the fire pit in the back yard. It’s a “neighbourhood unplugged” jam session! and will probably go on longer than one hour.

Hey All,
I think I will go to the Grill in Fredericton (NB). They’re having an unpluged for Earth candlelit coffee hour.
